We are delighted to welcome back Hannah Currant SrSS, EFT and Shaitsu Practitioner to the Self-Care ToolKit session offering an introduction to using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or “tapping”) aimed at helping with pain.
In this Interactive, introductory workshop you will be taught the basics of how to “do” EFT. You will experience first-hand the benefits of tapping, and learn how to use it immediately to support you in managing and releasing pain. Register Now

Are you a supporter or carer for someone living with cancer?
Would you be interested in sharing your experiences of support during COVID-19?
My name is Sarah Churchward and I am one of the Evaluation Leads at Penny Brohn UK. Alongside my work at Penny Brohn UK, I am also studying for a Master of Research (MRes) in Health & Wellbeing at the University of Bristol. For my dissertation I am taking an in-depth look at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on support for supporters (carers) of adults living with cancer.
I am hoping to talk to supporters who have accessed Penny Brohn UK’s online services over the past year, and also those who have not (but their loved one has). This work is being carried out separately from my work at Penny Brohn UK but the findings will be shared with them.
I hope that the findings from this study will help improve understanding of the support needs and experiences of cancer carers.
If you agree to take part, the interview would be held on Zoom (although could be done over the phone if you prefer), at a time that suits you, and would last approximately one hour.
