Thank you so much to all those clients who have already helped feed into our service development work looking at whether it would be helpful for people with cancer to have support early after diagnosis, before their treatment starts.
If you haven’t already given any feedback, and you were diagnosed recently with cancer (in the last year to two), please help by sharing your thoughts and experiences.

Cancer Biology and Metabolism
In this session, we will find out how laboratory research is helping us understand more about how cancer develops and fuels its growth. We will also discuss how this understanding can be used in the development of new treatment approaches, and what the limitations of the science are for people who want to help themselves through diet and integrative approaches.

Anti-Inflammatory Diet and Lifestyle Approaches
An anti-inflammatory diet is often mentioned in relation to cancer, but it isn’t always clear what this really means. This session will look at foods and nutrients that can influence inflammation in the body, and how to develop a sustainable and enjoyable anti-inflammatory diet. Register Now
Biodanza Thurs 27th May – 2pm
We will explore gentle ways to connect and engage with our breath to enhance body awareness, relaxation and well-being. These sessions are suitable for anyone affected by cancer. The sessions are every fortnight and will last approximately 45 minutes.Register Now
Exploring Self-Healing Tues 25th May – 2pm
Come along to our fortnightly drop-in group, where you can learn tools for self-healing and relaxation. Roz and Michele will lead a restful and restorative experiential session using relaxation and visualisation techniques for self healing. They will be very happy to answer any questions.
