Throughout August, we are running a lighter programme of live online sessions. We will continue to send out this Friday newsletter each week and will include the what’s on detailing the sessions which are running, plus we will share with you the links to recordings for you to access and enjoy.

Wellbeing Day at the National Centre
Weds 29th Sept – 10.00am–4.00pm
Chapel Pill Lane, Pill, Bristol, BS20 0HH
The day is open to anyone affected by cancer and is your opportunity to join us for a programme of restorative and relaxing group sessions led by our wellbeing team. There will also be plenty of time to explore our beautiful gardens, connect with others and enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch fresh from our own kitchen.

Creative Sessions for Wellbeing
Fri 3rd Sept – 2pm
Explore creative activities for self-care, relaxation, and fun!
No art experience or fancy materials required – just a willingness to experiment! It’s all about discovering what feels good for you and helps you get in the flow. The sessions aim to provide space for your playful self, to get you absorbed in the moment, and to slow down the mind.
You will also be shown ideas to help you develop a creative journaling/self-care practice at home.
Each session will be 90 mins including a break and delivered via Zoom.
|35 Min Strength and Stamina Exercise|
An intermediate level 35 minute exercise session to build muscle strength and stamina including mat based and resistance band exercises and includes a warm up and cool down. A great way to improve how you feel, boost your mental and physical health and improve health outcomes.

|1-2-1 Telephone Support|
|We are taking bookings for Doctor support, Counselling, Nutrition therapy, and Exercise therapy. 0303 3000 118 firstname.lastname@example.org We believe that everybody should have equal access to the emotional and practical support they need to live life as fully as possible with the impact of cancer.
