Here’s your weekly dose of more than medicine….
Next week, we explore hand reflexology, biodanza, breathing and yoga.
During August we will run a lighter programme of live on-line sessions. However, we have been working hard filming new sessions with our therapists and reviewing the recording of previous sessions. We will continue to send out this Friday newsletter each week and will include the blackboard detailing the sessions which are running, plus we will share with you the links to recordings for you to access and enjoy.

Self Care Toolkit
Tues 27th July – 12pm
Reflexology is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that specific points on the feet and hands (also the face and ears), correspond with different areas of the body. It has been used since ancient times, and has gained popularity in the last few decades, to promote well-being.
This is a wonderful opportunity to engage in some self-care, to support our overall well-being, and to promote relaxation.
Tues 27th July – 2pm
We will explore gentle ways to connect and engage with our breath to enhance body awareness, relaxation and well-being.
Thurs 29th Jul – 2pm
There are no steps to learn and everyone works at their own pace. We may not be Oti Mabuse, or even Bill Bailey, but we do have our very own body and it thrives through movement, especially if it is enjoyable movement.
