We have been running a series of online workshops for patients and local residents to get involved in the design and development of services as part of the proposed relocation of Graham Road Surgery to the new practice at the Weston Rugby Club site. These workshops have covered:
- Transport and Access
- Design, Look and Feel
- Health and Wellbeing
- Primary Care Service model
You are invited to a workshop taking place on Thursday 27th May from 5:30 – 7:30pm via Zoom.
This final workshop will summarise all four co-production workshops, to capture any further comments and to enable people who couldn’t attend the events to contribute. We will listen to your views and ensure they are considered when doing the papers for the full planning and business case in the summer of 2021. Following this event, which concludes the pre- engagement period, there will be further opportunities to have your say during our consultation period which will run for 12 weeks across the summer months.
