Message from North Somerset Council Consultations
The Abbots Leigh, Ham Green, Pill and Easton-in-Gordano Neighbourhood Plan was scrutinised by an independent examiner in April and May this year. The examiner recommended that a number of changes were needed in order for the Plan to pass the necessary tests. A significant change is the removal of the Affordable Housing site at Chapel Pill Lane. This is no longer part of the Plan. North Somerset Council Executive agreed these changes on 23 June 2021 and the Plan has now been amended.
The referendum will take place within the Neighbourhood Plan area (the combined parishes of Abbots Leigh Parish Council area and Pill & Easton-in-Gordano Parish Council area) and if you live within this area you will be able to vote at the referendum.
