If you are concerned about your housing, health, work or financial situation and would like free, impartial advice, please ring to be booked in for an assessment on 03000 120 120 option 3. You do not need to be an Alliance Homes tenant to access our services. We Can Help With: Make informed choices about your housing situation Provide advice and guidance on sustaining your independence Develop skills so you can manage safely in your home Access aids and adaptations for your home Access health and social services, and other specialist agencies Claim the welfare benefits that you are entitled to Deal with debt and rent arrears You or a close family member have caring responsibilities Resettle home safely after a hospital admission Find advice and help on accessing education, training, employment and volunteering opportunities For info visit: https://www.alliancehomesgroup.org.uk/ or: support@alliancehomes.org.uk We support anyone 18+ the service is free. We take customers of any tenure. You don’t need to be an Alliance tenant. We are not a long-term service, support is dependent on need. Customers can enter/exit the service as required. We work in 5 key areas: Housing Health/Welfare Finances (Benefits/Financial/Debt) Employment & Training Carers support We are an ‘advice and guidance’ service – we are not a statutory service. Our support is a mixture of practical support and signposting and multi-agency working. Below are our examples of what are NOT tenancy related tasks: Not personal care Not befriending We don’t attend appointments with people who aren’t clients Not counsellors/emotional support (We cannot directly house people, we support to explore housing options and can support resettlement once a property is found) |
