| Sunny summer weather brings more opportunities to meet friends and family but remember that current restrictions have been extended to curtail the rise in coronavirus cases. Covid cases are rising locally and across the country so we’re asking residents to do what they can to help keep numbers down in North Somerset. If you’re heading out shopping, independent businesses would welcome your support. A new virtual guide has launched to tie in with ‘Independents’ Day’ and you could be in with the chance of winning £100. We regularly consult with residents about a wide range of issues and right now we want to hear what you think of our new recycling and waste strategy. We all generate waste but what we do with it will play a huge role in how we’re going to tackle the climate emergency. |
