Good afternoon!

We hope you are keeping safe and well. Due to popular demand, we are running another online Emotional Coping Skills course, which helps people to have better emotional awareness and teaches them valuable techniques, such as distress tolerance skills. This 6 week course starts on Tuesday 24th August, 2-3pm. You can now book via our website North Somerset Wellbeing | Second Step | A Leading Mental Health Charity (second-step.co.uk) or email us. Further information can be found below, so please feel free to promote!

Do you have emotions that feel difficult to manage at the moment? Do you find yourself using unhelpful coping mechanisms? This course will teach you a wide range of techniques and approaches to replace these unhealthy coping mechanisms and give you the opportunity to discuss each one, leaving you with a better understanding of what helps you in different scenarios.

Please note, this course will be run virtually on Zoom. Our team will be happy to help anyone who is not confident using technology, so they can access this wellbeing course.

If you have any questions, or would like further information about the course, please email NSWellbeing@second-step.co.uk or call us on 0333 023 3504.

With best wishes,
